About the Role

As a Property Manager with us, you will handle the daily operations of our clients' properties. You will be responsible for inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of buildings and associated facilities. The role also involves significant direct contact and service towards tenants and customers.

Your Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Troubleshooting, simple installations, and corrective maintenance
• Inspection and maintenance of properties, technical systems, and outdoor environments
• Service and daily contact with tenants and property owners
• Preventive maintenance work
• Follow-up and reporting via handheld device

Location

The position is based at our office in Umeå.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property management or similar tasks
• Is technically skilled, solution-oriented, and practical
• Is social, service-oriented, and thrives in a role with many points of contact
• Is responsible, self-driven, and has good teamwork skills
• Holds a Class B driver's license
